Yummy Cottage Cheese Bowl:
Ingredients:
-1 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 Whole Apple (Sliced or diced)
- 1/4 cup granola/oats
-1 tbsp of honey
Instructions:
Scoop cottage cheese into a bowl
Slice or dice your apple and place on top of cottage cheese
Add in granola, honey, and any other desired toppings
Enjoy chilled!
Variations:
Add other fruits like strawberries, peaches, bananas, etc. These fruits can even come from an easy fruit cup or canned.
Add toppings like cinnamon, a scoop of peanut butter, or even some maple syrup too!
This can be stored in the fridge overnight and can be a quick, already-ready breakfast in the morning or a late night study snack!
